Notes: Had to stop due to A Fibs, 30 seconds into activity heart rate went to 182 bpm the rest of the 15 minutes was spent walking. Drove home and forty five minutes later heart rate was still in the 130 to 140 range and irregular. Elevated and irregular rate continued the rest of the day. |
